To provide optimal support to new users of our PLD systems, we therefore provide detailed instructions on site after the installation of the new system. Besides more general information, we devote a great deal of attention to the customer-specific characteristics of the delivered system. The instructions are always adapted to the knowledge level of the future users of the system, and there is obviously plenty of time for discussion and questions. All aspects of the instruction and further details can also be found in our extensive user manual addressing all aspects of PLD and which is supplied with all our systems.

Besides being a standard part of a system installation, Demcon TSST can also organize additional instructions at the request of our customers, for example when new inexperienced people start using the PLD equipment.
